Monetization Director / Lead, удаленно
The Monetization Director / Lead is responsible for creating the common ruleset and strategy for our in-game monetization across all Franchises, guiding and supporting the teams to achieve world-class results while respecting and enhancing the gameplay experience. She/He will take a unique role shaping the company across products with a unified approach and leading by using a data driven approach. This leader will also contribute to our global go-to-market strategy and work with all departments and external partners to enable players across the world to enjoy our games.
- Define an appealing monetization approach across all games for My.com with the focus of sustainable growth and revenue while protecting the core gameplay.
- Mentor and work with the game teams to bring that vision to life and foster innovation.
- Collaborate with all internal departments and external partners for the go-to-market strategy and the interaction with our monetization strategy.
- Own and expand our data driven approach by defining the KPI’s for monetization and using them to create compelling reports and business opportunities.
- 5+ years of monetization expertise for F2P PC and console games, ideally for competitive FPS. University degree in management, business or economics, MBA preferred.
- Strong analytical skills and knowledge of relevant software
- Knowledge of building teams and mentoring and influencing stakeholders
